That lyric pretty much sums up my spirit. I'm a dreamer, a traveler, and a storyteller
who believes in chasing joy and never losing sight of the magic in everyday moments.
Photography has been part of my story since I was six years old, when I got my very first camera, a Vivitar 600, and a pack of 110 film.
You wouldn’t believe how much film my parents processed over the years!
What began as childhood curiosity eventually became my full-time career and in 2004, just before the birth of my fifth child, I made the leap,
turning my passion into a profession that allowed me to provide for my family while staying present in their lives.
Twenty-two years later, I'm still chasing light and legacy, with zero regrets.
A LEGACY OF SIX SEASONS
The name Six Seasons Photography carries the wisdom of my grandmother, my most treasured human, and the woman I am proudly named after.
As a child, she told me that people go through seasons of life: spring, summer, fall, and winter.
My grandmother, in her own winter season, told me that I was too full of life to be contained in just four seasons.
She told me that I would have SIX.
That conversation shaped my understanding of life, love, and legacy and became the heartbeat behind my photography.
Every image I create is rooted in the belief that our seasons, however many we’re given, are meant to be honored by being remembered.
THE ARTIST & THE BUSINESSWOMAN
I’m the woman behind the lens and the force behind the brand.
Emails, contracts, timelines, editing, client care... all the things. Equal parts artist and CEO. Vision and execution. Heart and hustle.
(Though let’s be honest… I love the artistic side most.)
I believe in growth. In learning. In evolving. I cringe at my early photography days (those filters and camera tilts? Yikes!)!!
That’s exactly why I mentor and teach, as well. No gatekeeping here! We ALL get to shine!
When I document your story, I go all in. Not just on the wedding day, but long after the music fades & the carriage turns back into a pumpkin..
I hand-edit every image... zooming in, balancing light, perfecting tones. Call it perfectionism. Call it the Virgo in me. I call it respect for your memories.
And during wedding season? I live and breathe it. If I’m slow to respond, it’s not personal, promise! I’m just deep in the workflow.
My brain runs on a thousand open tabs, but when I commit, I commit fully.
No shortcuts. No half-assed effort.

LGBTQIA+ ally and safe space, music-lovin’, can’t-sit-still-for-long, mug-collecting, pizza-obsessed, die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan adventurer…
who loves mermaids, the 80s, black & white movies, road trips, snow, mountains, all things tropical, tattoos, and glitter. Lots and lots of glitter.
I have grown-up kids, non-grown-up grandkids, non-biological kids, a partner in crime always by my side, and a small circle of amazing human beings
who love and support me through every wild chapter.
My life is even filled with real-life mermaids... including the owner of The House of Flynn, whose camera bags I absolutely swear by.
Every piece of gear I own is perfectly protected in my House of Flynn collection.
I LOVE capturing moments and documenting everything I can along the way of my wild and crazy life.
